Phone System Update

Sentinel Technologies has been chosen to implement Cisco's Voice over IP (VoIP) solution for Kalamazoo College. The project team will kick off on July 8. The phone lines will be switched to the new system on a building by building basis; the current plan calls for this to happen between August 22 and September 2. There may be a brief outage to your phone line when the conversion happens. We will post more specific information as soon as it is available.
