Administrative Computing staff provide programming and user support for administrative office areas and academic personnel accessing the college’s central administrative (ERP) system.   Our offices are located in rooms 120 and 123 of Upjohn Library Commons and are open 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

The Jenzabar CX system (commonly known as CARS) is Kalamazoo College's central administrative (ERP) system.  It provides the necessary software and houses data for the offices of Admission, Registration, Financial Aid, Student Billing, Student Development, Institutional Advancement, and Human Resources.



If you use CARS and are looking for more information, you can sign up for the Jenzabar CX listserv that reflects your area of interest. This allows you to communicate with your peers at other institutions nationwide, gain a sense of issues others are facing, and have access to people who can provide quick answers for many of your questions. Jenzabar hosts several email lists (listservs), each focused on one of the specific CX modules they offer.
