What is CARS?

CARS (also known as Jenzabar CX) is Kalamazoo College's central administrative database. It handles admissions, course registration, grading and transcripts, human resources, purchasing, payroll, student billing, and retirement information.

If you are looking for more information about the part of CARS you use, you can sign up for the Jenzabar CX listserv that reflects your area of interest. This allows you to communicate with your peers at other institutions nationwide, gain a sense of issues others are facing, and have access to people who can provide quick answers for many of your questions. Jenzabar hosts several email lists (listservs) dealing with the specific modules of Jenzabar/CARS.
