The College has funded repair services for IS supplied departmental network printers, and now Information Services can assist you with the repair of these printers. If your department's network printer is experiencing problems, please contact the Help Desk by email or at 337-5800 to submit a repair request. If a printer can not be repaired on campus, Information Services will contact the College's authorized repair company. IS staff will be coming to your office soon to apply a service sticker to the printers that are covered. This does not include printers that were purchased with individual department accounts or personal grant money.
