Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Help Desk provides a single contact point representing
Information Services for the college community. The Help Desk resolves
and coordinates the resolution of faculty, staff, and student computing
problems acting as the liaison between the technical staff and the
college community.
The Help Desk hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday. After 5:00 p.m., callers may leave voice mail or e-mail
for the Help Desk. E-mail will be retrieved during the next set
of business hours.
If you get voice mail when calling the Help Desk, please leave
a message containing the details of your problem, or send an email
to helpdesk@kzoo.edu.Your message will be answered as quickly as
