Provided
All Student Health Center records are confidential. Please click here for more information about our policy.

Services Include:
- Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute illness
- Diagnostic laboratory testing (in-house and through Bronson Hospital Laboratory)
- Immunizations
- International Travel
Clinic
- Wart Treatment
- Allergy injections (student provides serum)
- Complete physical exams
- Evaluation, testing, treatment and/or referral
for sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS (local resources)
- Sexual health screening including: pap smears, evaluation and treatment of menstrual
disorders, breast exams, testicular exams
- Contraceptive counseling and prescribing (including birth control pills, nuva ring, Depo-Provera injections, emergency contraception, free condoms), pregnancy testing and consultation
- Referral to community physicians and services
as needed
- Cooperation with student's primary care
provider for continuity in medical care
- Educational literature and programs on health
and wellness issues
- Equipment to lend including crutches, heating pads, and a wheelchair
- Maintenance of medical records for 7 years after
last date of service. If you would like your immunizations on file or medical records, contact the Student Health Center (phone 269-337-7200, fax 269-337-7440, or email healthsv@kzoo.edu) and request a records release. Please include how you would like the release sent to you (email, fax, or mail).
