The DOGL Challenge is a one-day giving challenge that will take place on the Day of Gracious Living. Linda Jackson ′82 and Jon Stryker ′82 have challenged all young alumni to make a gift on DOGL 2014.
How much is the challenge?
If you′re a recent graduate, any Kalamazoo College Fund gift you make on DOGL will be matched dollar-for-dollar—up to $10,000! Therefore, if the challenge is met, young alumni and the DOGL sponsors will collectively give $20,000 in a single day!
Who can participate?
This challenge applies only to Kalamazoo College alumni from the Class of 2003 through the Class of 2013. Other alumni are certainly welcome to make a gift on DOGL, though that gift will not be matched.
DOGL is usually a surprise. How will I know when DOGL is?
DOGL usually occurs in mid-May. We will send an email to young alumni on the morning of DOGL, and we′ll also email you with an update later in the day.
You′re also encouraged to like Kalamazoo College on Facebook, where we will post updates on the DOGL Challenge that day.
All this DOGL talk makes me want to skip work and go to the beach.
