What are Peer Leaders?

Peer Leaders are an integral part of the First-Year Experience program. Peer Leaders are student resources. They are mentors, friends, and information sources for incoming students. Because Peer Leaders are also K-College students, they have had many of the same questions, concerns, and problems in their process of adjusting to life at K. They work full-time during orientation and part-time basis during winter and spring.
