Social responsibility is a commitment to community service and a willingness to take on roles for the common good. Under the K-Plan students voluntarily accept responsibilities that transcend individual self-interest. They learn to make commitments to principles and accept increasingly complex roles to fulfill those commitments. They learn that contributions to community growth go hand in hand with personal growth. |
