Support Group for International
Students
Feeling overwhelmed? Homesick? Lonely? Or simply wanting
to connect with other international students and talk about your experiences

Meditation
A silent mindfulness meditation period is available to all every Thursday
morning in Stetson Chapel from 9 am to 9:45 am. Create internal
space and stability in your life with this ancient practice. Come early

Stronger ACOA Group
ACOAs (Adult Children of an Addicted, an Absent or an Angry Parent)
at K are amongst the most ambitious, high achieving and
caring people on campus. This group will build on this positive legacy
of ACOAs to help group members let go of the negative legacy of ACOAs.
Especially recommended for seniors who dont want to carry ACOA
baggage into their future relationships. We will use Claudia Blacks
ACOA classic It Wont Happen to Me as our guide for

Women of Color Group
This group is structured as an interpersonal process and support group
for African American, Latina, and Asian American women or other racially/ethnically
diverse women whove experienced racism/oppression in their lives.
This group will focus on identity issues, spirituality, family of origin
issues, trauma experiences, interpersonal relationship issues, academic
stresses, and all forms of oppression. The group will be led by Dr.

This group is for overweight female students at Kalamazoo College.
