Struggle for Intimacy (ACoA Series)

In this book the gives good practical advice for ACoAs (Adult Children of Alcoholics, etc.) for letting go of control and to better begin and maintain relationships. This will be a group that will be helpful to anyone with a toxic parent/partner and will be run 5:30 to 6:45pm on Wednesdays.

It’s About Time:  The 6 Styles of Procrastination and How to Overcome Them
This interesting book treats procrastination as the complex issue it is.  For each of the six styles, background information about “how the pattern started” is provided as well as very clear ideas about changing the pattern.  If you’re a procrastinator and are tired of being one, this book club may provide you with both insight and tools for change.
