Survey respondents were asked to identify the five most critical issues facing their area of residence. As can be seen here, schools and education top the list of issues in the community.

  • We stand for creating and preserving a future in Kalamazoo County for all of our children (citizens) by investing in their education from cradle through high school and beyond.

Strategies for achieving what "we stand for," overwhelmingly supported by participants:

  • County-wide magnets for high school students (beyond math and science)
