Policy: It is the policy of the College that all printers be Hewlett Packard.
   
   
Cost information: The College receives a substantial educational discount when we
  purchase Hewlett Packard printers through Sehi Computer Products.
  A Hewlett Packard 4200N Netowrk Printer is $1,084.68. A Hewlett
  Packard 5500DN Color Printer is $3153.30.  
   
   
Comments: All printers must purchased using a purchase order number.  
  Purchase order numbers will be assigned by Don Mack.
