Bills
not paid by the due date will be considered past due;
students will be assessed a late charge of 1.5 percent
per month on any past due bills. An additional $15-per-day
charge is levied for anyone who has not made financial
arrangements (including the signing of Perkins Loan
promissory notes) at the Business Office by the end
of the second day of the quarter.
Transcripts
cannot be released until all financial obligations
are met.

College uses a bank lockbox processing service located
at a central post office branch in Chicago. The initial
data entry is completed there, a daily deposit record
is sent electronically to our campus accounting system,
and student records are updated here.
