Lillian Anderson Arboretum :

Winter Wonderland!
Bobayundel Trail
Bobayundel Trail
Recent heavy snowfalls have created great conditions for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and just plain walking on the Arboretum trails. Trails are not groomed for skiing and many of them are narrow and winding so skiers should be prepared for a challenge. On the other hand, the trails are clear of brush and fallen trees (if not, email us!) and the scenery is spectacular.
Within a day or so of a snowfall the trails are packed down well enough for walkers to enjoy without any special equipment. On warm days it will be a little slower going - you'll get two miles of exercise on one mile of trail - but you can still walk the entire perimeter of the Arboretum in an hour or so.
K College's Facilities Maintenance crew does a great job in keeping the parking lot clear. Don't miss a sunny day at the Lillian Anderson Arboretum at any season of the year.
