Enjoy a pre-5K Run/Walk warm-up with stretching exercises, and benefit from Ken’s 18 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry.

Begin your day at the annual Homecoming
5K Run/Walk. Open to all ages and fitness levels, the run/walk
is a wonderful way to see campus and neighborhood. Registration
is free. Pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative
5K t-shirt, complements of Bruce Johnson '76 of Gazelle
Sports and your Kalamazoo College Office of Alumni Relations.
Race results will be posted on-line following Homecoming
