Use this form to submit a nomination for the Distinguished Achievement Award, Distinguished Service Award or the Weimer K. Hicks Award. The Distinguished Achievement Award recognizes alumni whose acts and deeds, both personal and professional, have brought honor to our alma mater. The Distinguished Service Award honors people who have made exceptional volunteer contributions to the College. The Weimer K. Hicks Award honors current or retired employees who have provided significant long-term contribution to the College in ways that advance the goals of the Alumni Association.
