In addition to the Alumni
Association Awards Ceremony, the following reunion events
are planned:
Golf - anyone interested in playing golf on Friday afternoon,
12 October should contact Tom Hayward at tjh3par@earthlink.net.
There appears to be a lively group ready to play.
Football - Saturday, 13 October,
1:00 pm - Hope is the opponent.
Dinner - Saturday, 13 October,
6:30 pm at Gull Lake Country Club. Tom VanderMolen is arranging
a buffet dinner. Those who attended our reunion 5 years
ago will remember this as a special night where several
team mates "put it on the table." Thanks to Tom,
we have another opportunity. It will be helpful if we can
get fairly accurate figures to Tom on how many people plan
to attend. For the 1962 team members, we can use the RSVP
numbers for the Hall of Fame Ceremony. For the 1963 team
members (freshmen not on the 1962 team), please let Bob
Peters at rpeters2@san.rr.com
know by 1 October your plans and numbers to attend the reunion
and dinner Saturday evening. As we did last time, we can
reimburse Tom by check after dinner.
