We can tell you more about:
- student grants, such as federal Pell Grants, which are awarded based on financial need. Students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be eligible for federal grants. Kalamazoo College’s FAFSA ID is 002275. All students who submit a FAFSA will be evaluated for state, federal and institutional need-based financial aid;
- merit-based scholarships awarded separately from the FAFSA. They vary in application and format, and can have different deadlines and requirements. Students also may directly contact their admission counselor for more information on these opportunities; and
- educational loans available through the federal government or private lenders.
