Information for Employers and Recruiters
Kalamazoo College is eager and excited to work with employers who are looking to hire our unique and talented students. "K" students have the experience and skill to be competitive candidates for job openings or internships in various fields.
Through rigorous academic coursework and broad experiential opportunities, our students develop the critical skills necessary to be successful in the professional world. As we seek to connect our students with the best employers and opportunities available, we are eager to build relationships with employers, graduate schools, and alumni professionals.
We provide an easy and convenient way for you to post a position for our students online.
To bring our students face-to-face with excellent employment opportunities, we host twice-yearly Employer Recruiting Weeks on campus in September and April, timed to precede our twice-yearly Professional Development Institutes.
